I was one of the organizers of SUGCON North America. My primary responsibilities were around organizing the Call for Speakers, communicating and coordinating with speakers, taking meeting minutes, and helping setup the A/V recordings on-site. I also helped maintain and update some of the content on the event website.

Leprechaun (Owner - Open-Source Module)
Throughout the year I've been supporting Leprechaun (open-source code gen tool for Sitecore), working with community members across the globe, and speaking with Sitecore to help shape the tool and support the community.
Having early access to Sitecore / Sitecore CLI changes allows me to ensure that the tools are tested and will work with by the time Sitecore releases the updates.
Synthesis (Owner - Open-Source Module)
Throughout the year I work with community members to support Synthesis. A very large number of issues that get reported to me around Synthesis aren't actually related to Synthesis, and I end up just helping community members troubleshoot their Sitecore implementations. The vast majority of the issues people seem to have trouble with are around Content Search API. I've become a bit of an expert on it as a result.
